The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final merit list for the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) I, 2024. The announcement was made on January 8, 2025. This list includes the names of candidates selected for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA).

Examination Overview

The CDS I examination was conducted on April 16, 2024. Thousands of candidates appeared, aiming for a career in the Indian Armed Forces. The selection process involved a written examination followed by interviews conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB). The final merit list is based on the combined performance in both stages.
